It’s being nice that you trust us to purchase your needy product. We can guarantee you that the products we sell at are brand new and 100% genuine. In case you have received either a damaged product or not as described, first of all, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, and you dont’t need to worry as our easy return & replacement policy protects your trust on us.

What is Free Replacement?
If the product that you have received is damaged or not as described, then you are liable for free replacement policy offered by Yashfans. We offer you 15 days free replacement policy from the date of purchase in which you can replace your product with a new one. All you need is to send us photographs of damaged product or "not as described" one. We will revert you very shortly once you intimate us.

Is it possible to 'return' a particular product?
If you have purchased product/s from Yashfans and received the same product/s as you required, but on receiving you thought that the product/s was/were not the right product/s i.e. which do/does not suit/s your ambience. Then you need not to worry, you can return the product with some constraints. You will have to intimate us within 48 hrs of your purchase and you will have to ship that product with original packing to our registered address [see Contact Us page].

How do I return an item purchased on Yashfans ?
Returns are pretty much easy when you purchase from Yashfans.
  • Connect with us to provide your Order details.
  • Our customer support executive will confirm the return request and will inform you about the further processes.
  • Before placing return request please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

  • We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.
  • Our return policy is valid only if you intimate us in 48 hours of delivery, In the policy our product replacement Period is 2 to 3 working days.
  • We support Replacement/Returns across categories/sellers in case of damaged item.
  • In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift charges are transferred to your account in 10-15 days of receiving the product.
  • Our customer support executive will inform you about the shipping/pickup process.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. In case a Replacement is not available, you will be refunded the entire amount of your order.

What is the possible process for pickup ? 
When you request for return/replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please make sure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

Why I have been asked to ship the item ?
Generally we do not ask you to ship the item, but in some location where reverse shipment is not possible, we will ask you to ship the item and we will reimburse the shipment cost on showing the original courier receipt.

I have requested a replacement, when will I get it ?
Once a replacement request is created, our customer support executive will be in talks with you and let you know the status of your replacement. Once we receive the product, our technical team will validate the originality of the product, and then your request will be completed.
If any case you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return/replace a product ?
Yeah absolutely, in case of return you have to return freebie or gift in good condition, however in case of replacement you need not return the gift unless it is mentioned that particular gift is not a part of the product you are replacing with.

Do I need to pay if I do not want to return gift ?
In case you do not want to return the gift or the free gift is found opened or used then you will be liable to pay full M.R.P. of that gift.

I have changed my decision and I do not want to return the product ?
Please intimate us on urgent basis with your return ID so that we can take necessary action and save you from inconvenience.

Can I return part of my order?
Yes, if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity, but you need to clearly mention the SKU for that particular product for which you want to initiate return.

In which cases returns are not possible ?
There are certain cases when we will be helpless in processing returns
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Product is damaged or it has been used and not in the same condition as you has received.
  • Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Any item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories

I've still not received the refund to my bank account. Why ?
If you have received a confirmation mail from us stating your refund request has been accepted then you can relax and you need not to worry about when the amount will be reflected back in your account. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will surely help you.
